Term	Definition
Agent	An AI worker configured to perform outreach, follow-ups, and engagement on behalf of your team.
Agent Job	A single unit of work assigned to an agent — e.g., “send introductory email to Jane Doe.”
Approval Queue	The interface where AI-drafted messages wait for human review before sending.
Autonomy Level	Controls how much an agent can do without human approval — from fully supervised to fully autonomous.
BANT	Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline — a qualification framework ScendCore uses to score prospects.
Channel	A communication method: email, SMS, voice, WhatsApp, or chat.
Channel Account	A configured sending identity for a channel — e.g., a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox for email.
Connected Mailbox	An email account linked via OAuth (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) for sending and receiving.
Contact	A person in your database that agents can reach out to.
Contact List	A saved group of contacts used for bulk enrollment into sequences.
Conversation	A thread of messages between your team/agents and a contact, across any channel.
ICP Profile	Ideal Customer Profile — defines the characteristics of your best-fit prospects for scoring.
Knowledge Base	Documents uploaded to give your AI agents context about your product, company, and industry.
MCP	Model Context Protocol — the standard ScendCore uses to connect AI agents to external tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Opportunity	A potential deal in your pipeline, tracking stage progression from prospecting to close.
Reasoning Server	The backend service that powers AI decision-making — researches contacts, plans actions, drafts messages.
Sender Profile	The identity (name, email, sign-off) an agent uses when sending outbound messages.
Sequence	A series of outreach steps with defined timing and channels, executed automatically by an agent.
Sequence Step	A single action within a sequence — e.g., “send email after 3 days.”
Tenant	Your organization’s workspace in ScendCore, containing all your data, team, and configuration.
Working Hours	The time window during which agents are allowed to send messages (respects recipient timezone).
