| Channel Account | A configured sending identity for a channel — e.g., a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox for email. |

| Contact List | A saved group of contacts used for bulk enrollment into sequences. |
| Conversation | A thread of messages between your team/agents and a contact, across any channel. |
