Billing & Usage

The Billing page shows your current subscription plan, usage metrics, and payment status. You can track how many AI jobs and seats your team is using and manage your billing settings.

Accessing Billing

Go to Settings > Billing in the sidebar.

Plan Overview

The plan overview section shows:

Usage Metrics

AI Jobs

Track your AI agent activity:

Jobs Used This MonthNumber of AI jobs executed in the current billing period
Effective Job LimitYour plan’s job allowance (base + additional blocks)
Additional Job BlocksExtra job capacity purchased beyond the base plan

Seats

Track team member usage:

Seats UsedCurrent number of active team members
Effective User LimitYour plan’s seat allowance (base + additional)
Additional UsersExtra seats beyond the base plan

Trial Period

New accounts start with a trial period:

  • Trial status is displayed when active
  • Trial end date shows when the trial expires
  • During trial, all features are available with usage limits
  • After trial expiration, you need to select a paid plan to continue

Billing Period

Invoices

The Invoices section shows your billing history:

Discounts

If your account has a negotiated discount, the discount percentage is displayed in the plan overview. The discount applies to your base subscription price.

Upgrading Your Plan

To change your plan or add capacity:

  1. Review your current usage on the Billing page.
  2. Contact your account manager or use the in-app upgrade option (if available).
  3. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Troubleshooting

Billing page showing an error

  • If Stripe is not configured in your environment (common on staging), the billing page will show an error. This is expected.
  • Check that your Stripe subscription is active in the Stripe dashboard.

Usage limit reached

  • When you hit your job limit, additional AI actions are queued until the next billing period or until you purchase additional job blocks.
  • Contact your account manager to increase limits.

Payment overdue

  • Update your payment method in Stripe.
  • Contact billing support if you need to arrange alternative payment terms.
