Platform Overview

ScendCore is an autonomous revenue execution platform. It uses AI agents to handle the repetitive, time-consuming parts of sales development — prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting booking — while keeping humans in control of strategy and approvals.

How It Works

ScendCore follows a simple loop:

  1. Import contacts — Upload a CSV, connect your CRM, or let your AI assistant find prospects
  2. Enroll in a sequence — Define the steps (email, SMS, call, LinkedIn task) and timing
  3. AI executes — Your AI agent researches each contact, drafts personalized messages, and queues them for delivery
  4. Review & approve — Messages land in the Approval Queue for human review (or auto-send if you trust the agent)
  5. Handle replies — Incoming replies appear in the Conversations inbox, where AI can draft responses or a human can take over
  6. Book meetings — When a prospect is interested, the agent offers calendar slots and books the meeting

Key Concepts

Tenants

A tenant is your workspace in ScendCore. Each tenant has its own contacts, sequences, agents, team members, and settings. If you are a company using ScendCore, your company is a tenant.

AI Agents

An AI agent is a configured AI worker assigned to your tenant. Agents have:

  • A name and persona — who they present as in outreach
  • An autonomy level — how much they can do without human approval
  • Channel access — which channels (email, SMS, voice, WhatsApp) they can use
  • Skills — what tools they have access to (CRM writes, web search, document generation, etc.)

You can have multiple agents with different configurations — for example, one for outbound prospecting and another for inbound lead qualification.

Sequences

A sequence is a series of outreach steps with defined timing. For example:

  • Step 1 (Day 0): Send a personalized introduction email
  • Step 2 (Day 3): Follow up with a second email
  • Step 3 (Day 5): Send an SMS
  • Step 4 (Day 7): Final follow-up email

When you enroll contacts in a sequence, the AI agent executes each step at the configured time, personalizing every message based on what it knows about the contact.

Channels

Channels are the communication methods ScendCore supports:

Approval Queue

The Approval Queue is where AI-drafted messages wait for human review. Depending on your autonomy settings, agents may:

  • Always require approval — every message is queued for review
  • Auto-send low-risk messages — routine follow-ups send automatically, while first touches need approval
  • Full autonomy — the agent sends everything without waiting (use with caution)

Conversations

The Conversations inbox is a unified view of all communication across all channels. When a prospect replies to an email, sends an SMS, or starts a chat, it all appears here. You can:

  • View the full conversation history
  • Let the AI draft a response
  • Reply manually
  • Assign conversations to team members

Sender Profiles

A sender profile is the identity your AI agent uses when sending messages. It includes:

  • Name — the display name on outgoing messages
  • Email address — linked to a connected mailbox or the platform shared sender
  • Sign-off — the signature block appended to emails

Contacts & Contact Lists

Contacts are the people your agents reach out to. You can:

  • Import contacts via CSV upload
  • Sync from HubSpot CRM
  • Create contacts manually
  • Organize contacts into lists for bulk enrollment

ICP Profiles

An Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) defines the characteristics of your best-fit prospects. ScendCore uses ICP profiles to score contacts and prioritize outreach to the most promising leads.

Opportunities

Opportunities represent potential deals in your pipeline. They move through stages (e.g., Prospecting → Discovery → Proposal → Closed Won) and can be synced with your CRM.
